Welcome to myfocus.zone, operated by BLUMO SOLUTIONS SRL ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services available at myfocus.zone ("Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

myfocus.zone is a productivity SaaS platform designed for students, developers, designers, and entrepreneurs. The Service provides tools for managing focus sessions, a focus habit, and productivity workflows.

Access to the Service requires creating an account and starting either a free trial or an active paid subscription. Without an active trial or subscription, users cannot access the core functionality of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use the Service.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. User Content

  • Our platform allows you to create and manage private content (such as notes, tasks, or timed session data).
  • All content you create remains private to your account and is not visible to other users.
  • You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us the right to store and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform;
  • Upload or distribute malware or harmful content;
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscription, Payments, and Cancellations

  • New users may receive a 7-day free trial.
  • To access the Service, users must start a trial or purchase a paid subscription.
  • After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged through our payment provider, Stripe, unless you cancel before the trial expires.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at purchase unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • If you forget to cancel your trial and are charged, you may request a refund within 7 days of the first charge.
  • Refunds apply only to the first payment following a trial. Subsequent payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, which is accessible from your account settings.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so to comply with legal obligations. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Disclaimer

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will always be secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLUMO SOLUTIONS SRL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Municipiul București, Romania.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via the website or email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
